2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account at hb77 and use gaming services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

  1. Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited.
  2. Single account: Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

Maintaining the security of your hb77 account is entirely your responsibility. The following rules must be followed when managing your account:

  • Keep your login password secure and do not share it with any third party.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, even if a third party gains access.
  • Identity verification may be required to change account details.
  • Inactive accounts (no transactions for an extended period) may be subject to review in accordance with our policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hb77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following mobile banking methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
  • Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
  • Rocket — Mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
Transaction limits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Additional important conditions for transactions:

  1. Deposits and withdrawals may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
  2. Identity verification may need to be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
  3. If suspicious activity is detected, hb77 has the right to suspend withdrawals until the account has been reviewed.
  4. Deposited funds may not be fully withdrawable until certain bonus conditions have been met.
  5. Funds from fraudulent or illegal sources will not be accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

hb77 offers a welcome bonus for new players. Please read all terms related to bonuses carefully.

Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000
Wagering Requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

Additional bonus terms:

  1. Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  2. If the wagering requirement is not completed within a specified period from the date the bonus is issued, the bonus will be cancelled.
  3. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
  4. hb77 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.
  5. Bonuses may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes.

6 Gaming Rules

hb77 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games. Each game category has its own specific rules.

  • Fair play: All games are operated on fair and transparent principles. The use of any fraudulent software or methods is prohibited.
  • Technical issues: If a disconnection or server error occurs during a game, the result will be determined according to the record stored in the hb77 system.
  • Bet validity: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • System errors: If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, hb77 has the right to reclaim or correct the relevant amount.
  • Game records: The game history stored on hb77's servers will always be considered the final record.
  • Sports betting: The results of sports events will be determined in accordance with the official announcement of the relevant sporting authority.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds held:

  1. Money laundering: Any attempt to legitimize funds obtained from illegal sources through gaming activities.
  2. Fraud: Using software, bots, or any other automated method to gain an unfair advantage in a game.
  3. Collusion: Multiple players working together to influence the outcome in favor of one party.
  4. Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or providing false information in order to claim bonus benefits.
  5. Unauthorized access: Attempting to access the system without authorization or attempting to bypass security measures.
  6. Minor access: Assisting anyone under the age of 21 to use the platform.
  7. Betting on behalf of a third party: Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of someone else.
If suspicious activity is detected, hb77 may suspend the account until an investigation is completed. If irregularities are proven through investigation, all funds held will be forfeited.

  • Direct or indirect losses resulting from financial losses in gaming.

  • Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

The maximum amount of any claim against hb77 is limited to the funds held in your account at the time of the relevant dispute.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

hb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

  1. Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
  2. Providing false or misleading information.
  3. Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  4. Multiple accounts are found.
  5. Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
  6. The player submits a self-exclusion request.

You may also request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be arranged for withdrawal, though bonus-related terms will still apply.

12 Contact & Complaint Resolution

Complaint resolution process:

  1. Once a complaint is received, we will review it in a timely manner.
  2. Additional information or supporting documents may be requested if needed.
